Seniors on the Go Christmas Party

This weekend was a whirlwind! I was so busy I didn't check my email once! That's really busy for me. I was delegated the responsiblility of decorating for the party this year. I didn't know until I got to Charleston, though. So I bought most of the stuff at the dollar store and Walmart. I think this is the first year that I haven't had to cook anything! That was nice. Anyway, we had a good time, and I'll show you the highlights.
I centered the stockings, but we had to keep adding tables when the guests arrived! The stockings, present boxes, garland, and white drape was from the dollar store. The tree and santas were my mom's decorations.

This is the table decoration. I fixed the taped ends!

For the tables, I bought a wide red ribbon and a thin green ribbon from Walmart. I also bought the cute trees and poinsettas from Walmart. I got the present box and gold stuffing from the dollar store.

This is a delicious pineapple orange cake my mom made. Yummy!

Then we all loaded up on the senior's bus and went to see the Christmas lights on James Island. I love to go there every year!
